饲料酵母，又称单细胞蛋白，原料可用糖蜜，淀粉，生产酒精和味精的废水等。
饲料酵母作为饲料添加，添加量一般为1%—2%。饲料酵母适口性好，在动物饲料中适当添加酵母，可以提高动物对饲料的消化，改善食欲，是目前较为理想的廉价蛋白质饲料之一，可替代日粮中大部分或全部鱼粉。
Fodder yeast, AKA Single Cell Protein, raw material could be molasses, starch, waste water of alcohol and monosidum glutamate plant. It is used as feed additives, usual amount is 1%-2% ; fodder yeast has good palatability, it can rise digestion of feed, improve animals appetite, so it has been using to replace most of fish meal.

4) separation of culture liquid (if necessary)
培养液分离
5) CIP cleaning 清洗
6) vaccum evaporation (of other method of concentration) 蒸发
