5、从生产工艺来说,赤藓糖醇是所有糖醇当中唯一的用发酵法生产,发酵法更接近天然的转化和提取。其他的糖醇都是氢化法生产,所以生产工艺不同。

赤藓糖醇生产工艺流程Production process of erythritol


1.葡萄糖浆真空浓缩Vacuum concentration of glucose syrup:

将浓度约22%的葡萄糖浆通过真空浓缩去除一部分水分,葡糖糖浆的浓度提高到50%,送入发酵系统作为碳源使用;

The glucose syrup with a concentration of about 22% is concentrated in vacuum concentration  to remove some water. The concentration of glucose syrup is increased to 50% and sent to the fermentation system as a carbon source


2.三级扩培发酵Three stage expansion fermentation

培养成熟的种子移入发酵罐后,在适宜条件下,菌体发酵代谢产生赤藓糖醇发酵液。风量为0.51.0VVMPH4.04.5、温度3032℃恒温,罐压在0.03Mpa下培养120h左右。

After the cultured mature seeds are transferred into the fermentation tank, under appropriate conditions, the bacteria ferment and metabolize to produce erythritol fermentation broth. The air volume is 0.5 ~ 1.0VVM, the PH is 4.0 ~ 4.5, the temperature is 30 ~ 32 , and the tank pressure is 0.03MPA for about 120h.


3.陶瓷膜过滤Ceramic membrane filtration

发酵液通过0.1微米陶瓷膜过滤来精密过滤,以彻底滤除其中的不溶性悬浮杂质,获得无固含物洁净发酵液。膜截留液则通过进一步的隔膜板框压滤获得菌体蛋白饼。

The fermentation broth is precisely filtered through 0.1 micron ceramic membrane filtration to completely filter out the insoluble suspended impurities and obtain a clean fermentation broth without solid content. The membrane interception solution was further filtered by diaphragm plate and frame to obtain bacterial protein cake


4.纳滤Nanofiltration

无固含物洁净发酵液再通过纳滤膜机组进行纳滤分离,基本除去分子量大于300的溶解态分子,获得纯度约96%的赤藓糖醇纳滤液。

The clean fermentation liquid without solid content is separated by nanofiltration through nanofiltration membrane unit, and the dissolved molecules with molecular weight greater than 300 are basically removed to obtain erythritol nanofiltration liquid with purity of about 96%


5.活性炭脱色Activated carbon decolorization

赤藓糖醇纳滤液通过粉末活性炭连续脱色,以吸附其中的有机杂质(包括可溶性有色杂质)。然后通过板框压滤机压滤将活性炭和其吸附的杂质一并滤除,获得精制赤藓糖醇溶液。

Erythritol nanofiltration solution is continuously decolorized by powdered activated carbon to adsorb organic impurities (including soluble colored impurities). Then, the activated carbon and its adsorbed impurities are filtered by plate and frame filter press to obtain refined erythritol solution

 

6.真空浓缩Vacuum concentration

精制赤藓糖醇溶液通过MVR真空降膜蒸发器除去其中的部分水分,浓度由12%左右上升到75%,获得精制赤藓糖醇浆。

The refined erythritol solution is removed by MVR vacuum falling film evaporator, and the concentration is increased from about 12% to 75%.


7.真空蒸发结晶Vacuum evaporation crystallization

精制赤藓糖醇浆通过强制循环循环真空蒸发结晶器进一步除去其中的部分水分,浓度由75%左右上升到80%,因过饱和度上升,赤藓糖醇晶体连续析出长大,获得结晶率约60%的膏状体。

The refined erythritol slurry is further removed by forced circulation vacuum evaporation crystallizer, and the concentration is increased from about 75% to 80%. Due to the rise of supersaturation, erythritol crystals precipitate and grow continuously to obtain paste with crystallization rate of about 60%

 

8.离心分离Centrifugal separation

蒸发结晶获得的膏状体进入卧式降温助晶机中,通过自动调节冷却水的流量控制降温速度。由于温度的下降导致赤藓糖醇晶体进一步长大,直到温度降至50℃。助晶好的膏状体进入上悬式自动刮刀离心机,其中的赤藓糖醇晶体留存在离心机的筛蓝中,然后自动刮刀出料,晶体送去下一工序。仍然溶解在溶液中的赤藓糖醇及杂质从离心机甩出后即为赤藓糖醇一母液,除回套一部分外,剩余作为副产品出售。

The paste obtained by evaporation crystallization enters the horizontal cooling crystal aid machine, and the cooling speed is controlled by automatically adjusting the flow of cooling water. The decrease of temperature leads to the further growth of erythritol crystal until the temperature drops to 50 . The paste with good crystal aid enters the upper suspension automatic scraper centrifuge, in which the erythritol crystal is left in the screen blue of the centrifuge, and then the automatic scraper discharges the material, and the crystal is sent to the next process. The erythritol and impurities dissolved in the solution will be the erythritol mother liquor after being thrown out from the centrifuge. Except for a part of the back set, the rest is sold as a by-product.


9.溶解Dissolution

离心分离后得到的赤藓糖醇晶体,加热水进行溶解。获得温度60℃浓度50%的高纯度赤藓糖醇溶液。

Erythritol crystals obtained after centrifugation were dissolved by heating water. A high purity erythritol solution with a concentration of 50% at 60 was obtained.

 

10.活性炭二次脱色Secondary decolorization of activated carbon

高纯度赤藓糖醇溶液通过粉末活性炭连续脱色,以吸附其中的有机杂质(包括可溶性有色杂质)。然后通过板框压滤机压滤将活性炭和其吸附的杂质一并滤除,获得高纯赤藓糖醇脱色液。

High purity erythritol solution is continuously decolorized by powdered activated carbon to adsorb organic impurities (including soluble colored impurities). Then, the activated carbon and its adsorbed impurities are filtered by plate and frame filter press to obtain high-purity erythritol decolorization solution.

 

11.离子交换Ion exchange

溶液中的水不溶性杂质和有机杂质除去后,仍含有一些溶于水中的无机杂质,这些杂质在水中以阳离子和阴离子的形式存在,离子交换的目的就是除去这些水溶性的无机杂质,溶液中的阳离子与阳离子交换树脂上的H+发生交换,溶液中的阴离子与阴离子交换树脂上的OH-发生交换,最后交换入糖液中的H+OH-结合成水,溶液中的无机杂质都变成了相应量的水得以除去。

After the water-insoluble impurities and organic impurities in the solution are removed, there are still some inorganic impurities dissolved in water. These impurities exist in the form of cations and anions in the water. The purpose of ion exchange is to remove these water-soluble inorganic impurities. The cations in the solution are exchanged with H + on the cation exchange resin, The anions in the solution are exchanged with OH - on the anion exchange resin, and finally the H + and OH - exchanged into the sugar solution are combined into water. The inorganic impurities in the solution become a corresponding amount of water and can be removed.

 

当然,为了保持离子交换树脂的交换能力,需要在其交换能力下降的时候分别利用酸和碱对阳离子交换树脂和阴离子交换树脂进行再生。

12.二次真空浓缩Secondary vacuum concentration

纯精制赤藓糖醇溶液通过MVR真空降膜蒸发器除去其中的部分水分,浓度由48%左右上升到75%,获得高纯精制赤藓糖醇浆。

The pure refined erythritol solution is removed by MVR vacuum falling film evaporator, and the concentration increases from about 48% to 75%, so as to obtain high-purity refined erythritol slurry.

 

13.真空蒸发重结晶Vacuum evaporation recrystallization

高纯精制赤藓糖醇浆通过强制循环真空蒸发结晶器进一步除去其中的部分水分,浓度由75%左右上升到80%,因过饱和度上升,赤藓糖醇晶体连续析出长大,获得结晶率约65%的高纯膏状体。

The high-purity refined erythritol slurry is further removed by forced circulation vacuum evaporation crystallizer, and the concentration increases from about 75% to 80%. Due to the rise of supersaturation, erythritol crystals are continuously precipitated and grown to obtain high-purity paste with crystallization rate of about 65%.

 

 14.二次离心分离Secondary centrifugal separation

二次蒸发结晶获得的高纯膏状体进入卧式降温助晶机中,通过自动调节冷却水的流量控制降温速度。由于温度的下降导致赤藓糖醇晶体进一步长大,直到温度降至50℃。助晶好的膏状体进入上悬式自动刮刀离心机,其中的赤藓糖醇晶体留存在离心机的筛蓝中,然后自动刮刀出料,晶体送去干燥。仍然溶解在溶液中的赤藓糖醇及杂质从离心机甩出后即为赤藓糖醇二母液,一部分回套到二次脱色,一部分回套到一次脱色。

Erythritol and impurities still dissolved in the solution are the second mother liquor of erythritol after being thrown out from the centrifuge. Part of it is sleeved back to the secondary decolorization and part of it is sleeved back to the primary decolorization.

 

15.干燥Drying

离心分离后得到的赤藓糖醇晶体仍然含有约1%的水分,为使产品符合质量标准和能够长时间贮存,需要通过干燥将其水分降低到0.08%以下,本项目采用逆流流化床干燥冷却机组来完成赤藓糖醇的干燥。

The erythritol crystal obtained after centrifugation still contains about 1% moisture. In order to make the product meet the quality standard and store for a long time, its moisture needs to be reduced to less than 0.08% by drying. In this project, the counter current fluidized bed drying and cooling unit is used to complete the drying of erythritol

 

16.包装Packing

根据市场需要将成品结晶赤藓糖醇按不同的规格和型式进行包装,以方便地运输到用户手中。

According to the needs of the market, the finished crystalline erythritol is packaged according to different specifications and types to facilitate transportation to users.
