DJG single screw extruder is suitable for dewatering wet materials with high water content in starch, feed etc. Its structure is conical shell, built-in conical ribbon with unequal pitch. The rotation of equipment will bring pitch length and height compression of the material. The dehydrated material is discharged from the discharge end, and the extruded water flows out from the sieve holes in the casing. With large compression ratio, fine dehydration effect, low discharge moisture, stable operation and low vibration, the equipment will realize continuous production.
